Ozinga is looking for a receptionist to work at our Chinatown Office in Chicago, IL.  This role will greet guests, answer and transfer phone calls, coordinate the use of conference rooms, and assist the H.R. Administrator & Executive Assistant / Office Manager with various projects.  The qualified candidate will have a commitment to excellence, detail oriented, handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate a high demeanor of professionalism, and be customer service oriented.  

A typical day might include:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and direct visitors to appropriate individuals and conference rooms
  • Receive and sort mail courier documents and faxes
  • Coordinate package deliveries (inbound & outbound)
  • Communicate in a highly professional manner
  • Extend administrative support to various colleagues
  • Provide general office support
  •  Perform other duties as assigned

You could be the right fit for this role if:

You earned a High School Diploma.  You have 5 years of preferred relevant experience.  You can speak both English and Spanish (not required).  You have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.  You have a strong attitude towards teamwork.  You can confidently use office equipment such as a phone, computer, copy machine, and mail machine.
