Digital Marketing Strategist / Analyst

Summary:  Ozinga is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist/Analyst to fill a key role in our growing organization as a dynamic leader in the marketing team. The Digital Marketing Strategist/Analyst will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and marketing team to manage top of the funnel activities and track effectiveness through conversions. You will be responsible for driving and measuring marketing efforts using a wide array of advertising, content marketing, analytics, social media platforms, and Pardot marketing automation tools. 

We are looking for someone who is a servant-leader and who will be an integral part of a high-energy marketing team focused on generating inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and increasing close ratios. This person will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with marketing, content, and sales team members to create and execute digital advertising strategies with positive ROI across multiple platforms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, propose, execute and optimize search, video, email, and display ad campaigns on a             variety of platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content, etc.).

•Manage paid search and remarketing efforts and implement nurturing and follow-up campaign to ensure optimal conversion from lead to opportunity.

•Fluently analyze and report on website performance, ad campaigns, and social media efforts using a variety of analytics tools and dashboards.

• Develop and deliver regular website and campaign performance reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

• Work closely with marketing team to develop and execute plans supporting corporate and marketing objectives and channel campaigns.

• A/B test and continually measure the performance of key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website CTAs, and lead-generation forms.

• Consistently research data and techniques for better, more effective campaigns, landing pages, CTAs, and content optimization.

• Manage and optimize marketing automation/lead nurturing processes through the Pardot Marketing Automation platform.

• Strong analytical mind with expertise and fluency in qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.

• Positive engagement, attention to detail, and superior communication skills while collaborating with internal and external teams.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in online advertising with primary responsibility in digital analytics ROI and involvement in a robust growing online presence.

• 1-3 years of hands-on lead generation experience for a B2B company using Pardot marketing automation tool (or similar) preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, marketing, business or related field.

• Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on multiple, overlapping digital properties.

• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, LinkedIn Ads Manager, SEMrush and Facebook Ads Manager.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with web markup languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
